Finish: High gloss and Non Sticky (No Wipe). It cures without leaving a sticky layer. Function: Used to subtly alter the color underneath by applying a semi transparent pastel hue, resulting in a cohesive, soft focus, and fashionable finish. Curing: Requires curing under a UV LED nail lamp.
